TERMS & CONDITIONSNorthwest Studio Ltd("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and you ("the Client") agree as follows from the moment you purchase a package, service or otherwise engage with our website or services.---1. TerminologyYou = the Client (individual or entity engaging our services).
The Company = Northwest Studio Ltd.
The Project = any agreed body of work (consultation, design, development, hosting).---2. Client ObligationsYou agree to:1. Provide, within a reasonable timeframe (3 working days), everything needed to complete the Project (e.g., text, images).
2. Supply all content in the requested format and quality.
3. Review work and sign off promptly.
4. Meet agreed deadlines or the project will be void.
5. Adhere to payment schedules or bespoke agreement terms.
6. Clearly label confidential materials and inform us of their status.
7. Provide at least 30 days written notice to cancel any ongoing support or hosting contract.---3. Company ObligationsWe agree to:1. Perform services professionally and punctually.
2. Meet agreed deadlines where possible.
3. Provide a reasonable number of revisions (e.g., up to 2 major design revisions; additional work incurring fees).
4. Complete minor updates within 5 working days, where possible.---4. Website & Browser CompatibilityWe will develop sites to function across major browsers and devices.
Full compatibility with all browsers (especially outdated versions) cannot be guaranteed.---5. Payment Terms & CancellationPayment schedules are set out in advance.
If you cancel after design approval but before launch, we reserve the right to invoice 65% of project value Premature cancellation post-launch renders full remaining contract fees due within 7 days.
Any changes to payment details or late/missed payments must be rectified promptly.
Ongoing support/hosting requires 30 days notice for cancellation.---6. Project BuildingProjects typically built on Carrd---7. Client-Supplied Images & TextProvide images at sufficient resolution (suggested min 1024×768px); scanned images may incur extra fees.
Third-party stock images may incur licensing fees.
You affirm you hold rights to all content provided and indemnify us against any claims.---8. Copyright & LicensingUpon full payment and project completion, you own rights to provided content and project.
We retain rights to reusable code, templates, and certain design elements © licensed to your domain.
We reserve the right to:Include a small credit/link to NorthwestStudio.LTD
Showcase your project in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you opt out prior to launch.---9. Limitation of Liability & WarrantyWe are not responsible for missed deadlines due to delayed client input.
We cannot guarantee error-free operation across all platforms; we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.---10. ConfidentialityWe comply with UK/EU data protection regulations and securely manage any confidential information.---11. General TermsExtra design changes after sign-off may incur fees.
We are not responsible for client-written content unless explicitly stated.
If hosting is elsewhere, compatibility with external providers it is your responsibility.
Should any provision be invalid, the remainder continues in effect.
This contract is binding and non-transferable without our permission.
Governed by English law, exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
